Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years leading delivery for a small engineering team
- Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, and databases
- Experience in improving engineering practices and processes
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, multicultural team
