Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of ML Engineers and Software Engineers in building scalable AI systems
• Drive technical strategy for AI model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Foster collaboration between ML Engineers and Software Engineers to enhance team performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, with 2+ years in production ML/AI systems
• Deep understanding of ML/AI concepts and software engineering best practices
• Experience managing diverse technical teams, including ML Engineers and Software Engineers
• Familiarity with modern AI architectures, including LLMs and recommendation systems
• Track record of collaborating with product teams to deliver AI capabilities
