Engineering Lead, Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead, Analytics to design and lead data warehousing and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize data warehouse architecture using dimensional modeling on platforms like Redshift or Snowflake
• Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to support data ingestion and transformation
• Create and manage interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using BI platforms

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 1+ years in engineering management
• 3+ years of data warehousing experience, including architecture and optimization
• 3+ years building automated ETL/ELT pipelines with tools like AWS Glue or Apache Airflow
• 3+ years of experience in data visualization and BI using Tableau or AWS QuickSight
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
