Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead/Architect to guide the technical vision and scale their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural vision and implementation of scalable, cloud-based systems
• Mentor and coach engineers while fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
• Monitor system performance and drive quality improvements while ensuring security and maintainability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant technical leadership
• Deep knowledge of full-stack development and experience with at least two backend languages
• Strong experience with mobile development projects
• Proficiency in designing system architectures using AWS or other public cloud providers
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions
