Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead for Blockchain Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Refine engineering roadmap, drive operational excellence, and create technology strategy for the team
Lead a team of Engineers, ensuring quality of execution, timeliness of delivery, impact, and growth
Work closely with Product Managers to define investment in products and align technical plans with team growth

Required Qualifications:

Experience managing, mentoring, and growing a geographically distributed team
Real world experience building complex distributed systems
Development experience in Go, Rust, TypeScript, or Solidity
Familiarity with applied cryptography and blockchain protocol white papers
Computer science fundamentals knowledge (Formal CS degree not required)
