Engineering Lead - Data Analytics

Job Summary

To lead enterprise data and AI engineering initiatives, the full-time contract Engineering Lead - Data Analytics & AI Platform will manage deliverables, oversee data architecture, and drive AI engineering delivery in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accountability owner for Data & Analytics Platform Engineering and Agentic AI Platform Engineering
• Oversee enterprise data warehouse design and ensure strong data governance and metadata management practices
• Drive the delivery of application integrations and conversational analytics capabilities while managing demand and capacity planning

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise data and AI engineering teams
• Prior exposure to MDM solutions on Ataccama and ETL pipelines on Matillion
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and MLOps/LLMOps enablement
• Familiarity with tools such as Matillion, Dataiku, Snowflake, and Agentic AI Platform
• Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and technology leadership
