Engineering Lead (Dynamics 365)

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs business unit, the full-time remote Engineering Lead (Dynamics 365) will manage technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and ensure effective program delivery while collaborating with leadership and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develops an understanding of program scope, schedule, and cost management, articulating delivery requirements to team members
• Provides coaching and development to engineering team members, defining growth goals and fostering a culture of learning
• Leads team processes, advocates for best technical solutions, and communicates program goals and risks to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience, with relevant years of experience substituting for education
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Expertise in D365 CE Development, including custom plugins, JavaScript, and low code/no code solutions
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience in a technical environment
