Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead for the Flutter Platform Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members while managing project timelines
• Provide technical guidance and support for software development using Flutter
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver core platform components and applications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial software development experience
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• 2 years of experience developing Flutter-based applications
• 2 to 5 years of experience in native mobile app development (iOS and/or Android)
• Experience in distributed global software development teams
