Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers in full-stack product development
• Collaborate with product management to develop and maintain team roadmaps
• Write clean, maintainable code and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Leadership experience in software development with strong computer science fundamentals
• Experience in a player-coach role leading a small team of engineers
• Strong design and architecture exposure in large-scale software solutions
• Experience with relational and No-SQL databases, and cloud technologies
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and products is a plus
