Engineering Lead (Python/Go)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead (Python/Go).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale the server infrastructure
• Develop new product features and investigate customer-reported issues
• Operate and maintain a large fleet of dedicated servers with comprehensive monitoring and high-availability engineering

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in leading software development teams
• Proficiency in Python and/or Go programming languages
• Experience building high-throughput data pipelines with technologies like Apache Kafka and ClickHouse
• Familiarity with NoSQL, relational, and in-memory key-value data-storage paradigms
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis is a plus
