• Serve as engineering lead and technical architect across web and mobile initiatives
• Guide React Native modernization and shared component strategy

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Prior experience as an Engineering Lead, Tech Lead, or Architect
• Strong hands-on expertise with React and leadership experience with React Native
• Experience designing and leading shared codebases or monorepo architectures
• Strong system design and architectural decision-making skills
