Engineering Lead, Technology Labs

Job Summary

Leading the account-based deployment of Technology Labs operating standards, the full-time remote Engineering Lead, Technology Labs will manage the rollout of operational playbooks, ensure compliance with assurance programs, and drive continuous improvement across multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the deployment of the Technology Labs standard O&M playbook across accounts, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
• Lead gap assessments and structured rollout plans to drive adoption of standards at the account level
• Build and manage a team of deployment professionals, providing coaching and oversight to ensure effective execution of standards

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in critical environment, technology lab, engineering, or operations leadership
• Proven track record of deploying and operationalizing standards or SOPs in field environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field
• Hands-on experience with technology lab environments and critical infrastructure
• Experience managing teams of engineers or technicians across multiple sites or accounts
