Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of engineering experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality software at scale
• Solid technical foundation in Java, Spring, and React ecosystems
• Experience with compliance-oriented environments, particularly SOC2
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS
