Job Summary

Engineering Leader, a full-time remote position responsible for defining the engineering vision, leading a team of approximately 60 engineers, and driving the adoption of AI-powered development tools to enhance product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the integration of AI into product development and foster a culture of experimentation
• Define and execute the technical vision and strategy to ensure scalability and reliability
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization, focusing on performance management and talent development

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments
• Strong technical foundation in modern web technologies, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record of shipping AI-native products and driving productivity gains through AI tooling
• Experience in building and scaling two-sided marketplaces or high-traffic consumer products
• Demonstrated people-first leadership with a focus on culture and retention
