Job Summary

Leading the Platform engineering organization, the full-time Engineering Leader will manage engineering managers across infrastructure, data, developer experience, and AI tooling, while setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with company objectives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the platform's company-level objectives and engineering plan
• Coach and develop engineering managers to enhance performance and drive AI-native development
• Support architecture and systems design decisions, ensuring reliability and operational readiness across the platform

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing managers in a technical environment
• 10+ years in technical roles with a strong individual-contributor background
• Proven track record of owning a platform or infrastructure area with measurable outcomes
• Experience building and evolving platform engineering practices across multiple teams
• Strong ability to make and defend architecture-level trade-offs and communicate strategies effectively
