Job Summary

Engineering Leader - Platform, is a full-time position responsible for leading the platform team to enhance infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience, while ensuring operational excellence and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and manage AWS infrastructure for scalability and cost efficiency
• Expand reliability programs and improve incident response and observability capabilities
• Grow and mentor the platform engineering team while defining the technical strategy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, containerization, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code
• 4+ years of experience leading and scaling platform teams
• Proven track record in designing reliability programs at scale
• Experience with security compliance frameworks in a SaaS/fintech context
• Startup or scale-up mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
