Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Management Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery and operational outcomes across core application platforms
• Define and execute a technology roadmap addressing operational needs and modernization
• Lead and develop engineering managers and senior engineers to enhance accountability and engineering excellence

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in software engineering or IT engineering
• Extensive experience leading large-scale application platforms in an enterprise environment
• Proven ability to define technology strategy and lead execution across multiple teams
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering leaders and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
