Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee infrastructure, security, and application development in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team in building and maintaining vital infrastructure and applications

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams on feature planning and execution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in web application design, development, and infrastructure support
• Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails and familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or DigitalOcean and database management
• Proven ability to work in a remote team environment and communicate effectively across disciplines
• Experience in security practices and compliance, preferably in PCI or GDPR environments
