Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 2 years of engineering management experience
• Strong understanding of high-quality code and effective engineering practices
• Experience in creating and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale
• Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term planning
