Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through experimentation, coaching team members, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance product performance and user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s and clear expectations, fostering skill growth and goal achievement
• Shape the experimentation roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional peers, ensuring effective trade-off navigation and predictable delivery
• Champion a culture of experimentation, guiding the team in designing reliable tests and maintaining engineering rigor

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and 5+ years in software development, including architectural design
• Technical fluency across platforms such as native iOS or Android, web, and backend development
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable plans
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment, with knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral data analysis
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for code quality and system health in both experimental and core product work
