Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and team development while delivering end-to-end product functionality in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the team's technical outcomes, ensuring sound architectural decisions and high standards for performance and quality
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback, coaching, and fostering a culture of shared ownership
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and drive impactful delivery outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading teams delivering production SaaS products and guiding architectural decisions
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience building or operating complex, customer-facing web applications
• Familiarity with modern frontend architectures and integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into products
