Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and drive best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of backend and frontend engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
