Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will lead a distributed team, collaborate cross-functionally to execute product roadmaps, and drive the development of web-based tools that enhance user experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and lead a highly engaged distributed team by hiring, coaching, and supporting team members
• Collaborate with product, design, and support teams to set strategic direction and anticipate scaling challenges
• Coach and mentor engineers to foster their professional development and ensure consistent delivery of quality software

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• Experience in building prioritized roadmaps and executing iterative development
• Hands-on experience with code reviews and SQL for data analysis
• Proven ability to coach engineers and support their career development
