Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and manage multiple engineering teams, drive project execution, and ensure team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor 2-3 engineering teams, ensuring personal growth, quality output, and overall performance
- Own and lead the end-to-end internal project process, prioritizing work and ensuring successful sprint reviews
- Communicate business needs to the teams, represent the teams in discussions with senior leadership, and advocate for teams' needs
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, with a focus on enabling team success
- Strong technical background to contribute to discussions around work to be done
- Experience interfacing with directors, VPs, and executives, and creating a collaborative environment among team members
- Skilled in defining and guiding individual OKRs and enforcing department-level policies
- Experience leading remote/distributed teams is a plus
