Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quarterly and yearly performance reviews for engineers
Build and manage the engineering onboarding process
Drive team success through career guidance and skill development

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
6+ years of engineering experience in PHP, Python, Golang, or NodeJS
Expert knowledge in resource management, project planning, and systems architecture
Nice-to-haves include experience with ElasticSearch, MongoDB, and CI/CD deployment in GCP
Experience with Linux/Unix command line is a plus
