Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a team of software engineers
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of software projects
Act as a technical advisor and make critical decisions on software architecture

Required Qualifications:

BS, MS, or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role
5+ years of experience building scalable software solutions
Strong technical background in software development, including expertise in Java
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
