Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the execution success of the quarterly roadmap for the Attack Detection team
• Deliver on extremely high recall detector engine, automated model retraining pipelines, and text-based signal models
• Manage the quarterly roadmap updates, project time estimates, and drive stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience managing data-driven product teams at large scale
• 3+ years experience designing and deploying machine learning applications
• 4+ years hands-on experience in building and shipping backend-heavy product ML systems
• Ability to understand business requirements thoroughly and bias toward guiding the team to build a simplest yet generalizable ML model/system
• Metrics-driven culture and customer-obsessed mindset
