Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing solutions and providing guidance on technical solution design & architecture
• Collaborating within and across teams to support agile practices, break down barriers, and ensure consistency in approach
• Setting product/platform technology strategy, defining engineering standards/patterns, and coaching engineers for skill development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated leadership managing multidiscipline work teams and strong competency in product management and Agile methodology
• Experience working with customers to develop solutions to complex business problems and ability to formulate, implement, and evaluate plans for customer relationship and demand management
• Experience with IT planning, business relationship management, and product development leveraging Agile methodology preferred
