Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of backend software developers to optimize the platform
Advance DevOps practices for incident response and pipeline management
Collaborate with partners to plan, prioritize, and deliver products

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience, with 2 years in a managerial role
Experience in FinTech, AWS cloud applications, and major payment rails
Ability to work on a globally-distributed team and drive quality without compromising velocity
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java or Python) and SQL/No-SQL
