Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product teams to design and build solutions for personal growth and empowerment
Lead and mentor a team of engineers to maintain high technical and professional standards
Drive execution on high-priority projects and ensure continuous improvement in code, architecture, and processes

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of software engineering experience with a degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience leading an agile software development team
Expertise in React, TypeScript, Python, RESTful and GraphQL web services, Git, and cloud technologies
Comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies, design systems, and distributed application design patterns
Experience with databases, web application optimization, security best practices, and data protection regulations
