Directly supervise a cross-functional software development team
Lead the team in incident response and support existing legacy applications

Required Qualifications

3+ years managing full stack and/or mobile engineering teams
5+ years of experience as a full stack or mobile software engineer
Experience with Node, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and/or Java, Kotlin
API design and integration experience (REST or GQL)
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust as a servant leader
