Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Delivery Tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Delivery Tooling engineering team to foster collaboration and technical excellence
• Own the strategy and execution for deployment automation, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and release processes
• Drive improvements in engineering velocity, release frequency, and reliability across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with container orchestration systems, particularly Kubernetes
• Previous management experience leading an engineering team
• Strong understanding of the modern software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure automation
• Deep experience deploying and managing services on at least one major public cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineers into high-performing teams
