Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Cloud Infrastructure and Data Engineering team, promoting continuous learning and collaboration
• Drive cloud infrastructure and data engineering strategy focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Design and implement monitoring and observability solutions to ensure infrastructure performance and health

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing infrastructure and data-focused teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong technical understanding of cloud-native tools and platforms such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Familiarity with FinOps frameworks and a focus on cost-awareness in engineering decisions
• Experience in reviewing complex architecture proposals and guiding teams through trade-off analysis
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
