Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their software engineering team focused on backend development and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of software engineers, including hiring and performance evaluation
• Plan and oversee complex engineering projects, managing timelines and resources
• Provide technical coaching and ensure long-term product quality and reliability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with a BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience managing a software engineering team for cloud-based applications
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS or similar environment
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud services and technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies
