Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager responsible for leading mobile and static maintenance engineers within a geographical region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers for corrective and preventative maintenance of client facilities
• Oversee engineering functions supporting critical business operations and ensure quality standards
• Develop training programs for engineering personnel and assess employee performance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Management preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in building maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with CMMS highly preferred
• Strong leadership and employee relation skills
