Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager responsible for leading maintenance engineers and overseeing operations within a geographical region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers for corrective and preventative maintenance of client facilities
• Oversee engineering functions supporting critical business operations and ensure quality of work
• Develop training programs for engineering personnel and assess employee performance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Management preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in building maintenance, including supervisory roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with CMMS preferred
• Strong knowledge of general building maintenance systems such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Demonstrated leadership and employee relations skills
