Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - OMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring, coaching, and mentoring a team of software engineers
• Driving software delivery and improving engineering processes
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product owners, designers, program managers, and other engineering leads

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a professional software engineer with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing or working in a global team setup
• Extensive experience in building resilient and scalable systems
• Strong hands-on technical approach with AWS knowledge and architectural experience
• Experience working with Trading/Order Management Systems
