Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering to lead a team of software engineers in developing and maintaining technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hiring processes, including interviewing and onboarding new software engineers

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or a closely related technical role
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership or managerial role
• Experience leading teams in developing and maintaining web applications or platforms
• Strong technical background in modern web technologies
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision
