Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of full stack engineers in developing creative tools for designers and homeowners.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2-3 years in a technical leadership or engineering management role
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and backend development (e.g., Node.js, PHP)
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects and deliver high-quality software in production
• A track record of mentoring or managing other engineers
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
