Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Quality Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and develop a team of collaborative engineers with a focus on individual ownership and impact
• Set strategic direction for the team and plan for company scaling challenges
• Partner with various stakeholders to prioritize and deliver value to members and internal teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including 1-3 years in people management
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more engineers
• Comfortable with hands-on coding and troubleshooting technical issues
• Demonstrable history of shipping user-facing products
• Experience with DEI best practices in leadership and recruiting
