Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Core Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers to achieve business outcomes
• Ensure the team delivers on the team's goals while building robust architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and unblock hurdles

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years managing engineering teams
• Proven track record of delivering reliable, high-quality software systems
• Experience in system design and architecture
• Strong people management skills with experience mentoring engineers
• Familiarity with metrics-driven development and experience with robotics or hardware/software integration is preferred
