Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Orders Core Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor teams of software engineers, ensuring effective execution and decision-making
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining engineering standards
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to influence systems and roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Prior management experience with a focus on building high-performing teams
• Experience with ordering systems in an eCommerce or SAAS context is a plus
• Extensive full-stack web development experience, with knowledge of Ruby, Rails, and React preferred
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, particularly Postgres
• Goal-oriented with a history of successfully leading teams and engineers
