Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of backend engineers focusing on shopping data infrastructure
• Ensure project execution, delivery, and team growth through effective prioritization and scoping
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on roadmaps and technical investments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in an engineering management role
• Expertise in backend development and system design, particularly in distributed systems and cloud architectures
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or JavaScript, and solid understanding of SQL
• Experience with data modeling and systems supporting high-volume transactional or catalog data is a plus
• Proven ability to mentor and support engineers at various career stages
