Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a team in a high growth environment
• 5+ years as a technical individual contributor in sustainable software systems
• Experience with modern tech stacks such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Mongo, and AWS
• Experience with data-driven and/or analytics products
• Experience mentoring and growing senior+ engineers across organizations
