Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high-performing engineering team, ensuring team productivity and culture
• Oversee code reviews and hands-on development to maintain quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with Product teams to set roadmaps and priorities for deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant development experience in fast-paced environments
• 4+ years of experience managing agile development teams
• 3+ years of programming experience in at least one object-oriented language (Python preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in cloud-native environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
