Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of engineers, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
• Drive project execution from conception to delivery, aligning with business objectives and customer expectations
• Provide technical guidance and oversight, ensuring best practices and quality assurance processes are followed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Experience in building and shipping high-quality user-facing products, preferably in no-code or data tools
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing needs
• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals to mentor engineers
