• 2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role managing teams of 6-8+ engineers
• Proven decision-making skills balancing ambiguity, data, speed, and quality
• Experience in managing and enhancing senior individual contributors
• Track record of guiding product and long-term technical strategy
• Participation in engineering-wide initiatives such as recruiting processes and career frameworks
