Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Search.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software engineers and support their career development
• Measure team velocity and improve efficiency while driving change across the organization
• Develop a sustainable and engaging environment for engineers, leading them through important initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in engineering leadership and people management
• Experience with Search/Ranking/Retrieval algorithms and information retrieval
• Familiarity with Search Engines such as OpenSearch, ElasticSearch, or Solr
• Experience in managing full stack teams and incident management practices
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably AWS
