Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering - Omnichannel Messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the extension of email content library and campaign workflows to support additional channels like SMS/MMS/RCS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and social media
• Extend AI-/ML-based content decisioning and analytics across all supported channels
• Lead the recruitment, development, and mentorship of an engineering team while ensuring platform scalability and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring a team
• Strong technical skills in web application development, including Python Django, GraphQL, and React/TypeScript
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization practices
• Ability to navigate and resolve team disputes and conflicts
• Adaptability and focus on iterative improvement in product and process
