Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for its Marketplace team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical vision and strategy for the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts on strategy and execution
• Lead and manage a team of full-stack engineers while driving team execution against specific OKRs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an engineering management role
• 5+ years of experience building software at scale
• Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in code reviews and systems design
• Experience shaping technical and product strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience with decision-making using A/B testing
